Quality Assurance Engineer

• Monitor the Aluminium extrusion process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct in-process and final product inspections using appropriate measuring tools (e.g., Vernier, calipers, micrometers, Webster, profile projectors, UTM, BHN Machine).
• Interpret technical drawings and tolerances (e.g., CAD, AutoCAD, or blueprints).
• Perform mechanical tests (e.g., tensile, hardness, dimensional accuracy) on extruded aluminium profiles.
• Conduct surface finish inspections and verify anodizing, powder coating, or thermal break processes meet standards.
• Maintain quality records (inspection reports, certificates of compliance, corrective actions, etc.).
• Prepare and participate in customer and third-party audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and production defects.
• Use tools such as 8D, Ishikawa (fishbone), or 5 Whys to identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and design teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
