Job Overview:

Phebsoft is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA + User Experience Specialist to join our team onsite at our office in I-10, Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products while also improving the user experience. This is a full-time position with working hours aligned with UK time, from 12 PM to 9 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and automated testing on software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.
• Conduct usability testing and propose design changes to enhance user interactions.
• Perform regression testing to ensure previous issues are resolved.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing results and user experience insights.
• Ensure that all software meets both functional and user-friendly standards before release.
• Assist in developing and refining testing processes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA testing and user experience roles.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to identify UX issues and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work within deadlines.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Onsite availability at I-10/3, Islamabad from 12 PM to 9 PM (UK time).
