QA Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Engineer who has hands-on experience in both Manual and Automation testing , particularly within FinTech and Telecom environments. You’ll work closely with backend and frontend development teams to ensure that our products are scalable, secure, and meet the highest quality standards.

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and backend applications.
  

• Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand system architecture , data flows, and integration points.
  

• Perform API testing , backend validation, and database verification (SQL queries, data consistency checks).
  

• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, or Cypress .
  

• Identify, document, and track bugs using standard issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  

• Participate in sprint planning , code reviews, and release management to ensure smooth deployments.
  

• Conduct performance and load testing for backend services to validate scalability and reliability.
  

• Ensure compliance with FinTech data privacy and security standards during all QA processes.
  

• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines .
  

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
  

  
  

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance .
  

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (STLC) .
  

• Proven experience in both manual and automation testing .
  

• Hands-on experience with backend/API testing and understanding of microservices or event-driven architectures .
  

• Familiarity with FinTech or Telecom domain workflows , including payment gateways, billing systems, or transaction processing.
  

• Experience using test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) and automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Postman).
  

• Good understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) and ability to write test SQL queries.
  

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines) is a plus.
  

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  

  
  

• Experience testing scalable distributed systems or cloud-based applications (AWS/Azure) .
  

• Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS) .
  

• Familiarity with API mocking tools like Swagger or Postman Mock Server.
  

• Understanding of security testing basics (OAuth, JWT, encryption, etc.).
