Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Shopify projects to join our team. In this role, you’ll ensure that our Shopify-based solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to test, troubleshoot, and help deliver flawless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing of Shopify projects to verify functionality, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with developers for timely resolution.
• Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes.
• Use Cypress for test automation, or actively learn it to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in Shopify or eCommerce projects.
• Practical understanding of Shopify’s functionality, themes, and app integrations.
• Familiarity with Cypress (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
