Job Description

Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Location: (On-site)

Core Responsibility: Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide technical oversight to the QC Inspection team.

Key Requirements:

• QMS Ownership: Proven experience maintaining or implementing ISO 9001 standards.
• Audit Management: Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Process Control: Manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA (Corrective Actions), and non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex fabrication blueprints and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Leadership: While not necessarily a "Manager," this person will guide the two existing QC Inspectors on technical standards.
