Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "QA Executive" for it's Karachi office.

Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Executive

Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of transactions, invoices, and operational activities through systematic verification and reporting. This role involves monitoring processes via camera verification, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Verification Through Camera:

• Conduct real-time and recorded surveillance to verify transactions and operational procedures.

• Validate iPhone invoices to ensure all transactions align with company policies.

• Monitor Promo Phones transactions for accuracy and compliance.

• Check high-value accessories invoices to detect any irregularities.

• Review finance invoices to confirm proper documentation and approvals.

2. Quality Assurance Reporting:

• Document findings from verification processes and highlight discrepancies.

• Prepare detailed reports on inconsistencies and escalate issues as required.

• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Maintain organized records of all quality assurance checks and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.

• Experience in quality control, auditing, or compliance monitoring is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work with surveillance tools and reporting software.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
