Quality Assurance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing packaging artwork compliance, regulatory documentation, and quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate artwork development processes for product packaging, labels, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Review and verify packaging content, including ingredients, nutritional information, barcodes, batch coding, and legal declarations before final approval.
Ensure all artworks comply with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, Marketing, Procurement, and Regulatory Affairs teams for timely artwork approvals and updates.
Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and ensure products meet local and international quality and food safety standards.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates in packaging and labeling.
Maintain records of approved artworks, specifications, and compliance-related documents.
Support internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities related to packaging and regulatory compliance.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Packaging Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or a related role.
Knowledge of food safety standards, packaging regulations, and labeling requirements.
Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
