Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Quality Assurance Executive

As a Quality Assurance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of artwork and packaging, maintaining accurate records and SAP data, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support packaging quality and labeling requirements.

Things you will be doing as a Quality Assurance Executive

• Maintain and archive artwork-related supporting documents
• Assign GTIN numbers to products
• Verify artwork to ensure accuracy of product information
• Create SAP codes with the appropriate revision codes
• Maintain traceable digital records of artworks and print proofs
• Develop sticker artworks to ensure compliance with regional labeling requirements
• Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for artwork development
• Coordinate with peers and internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Creative & Marketing)
• Ensure artwork and labeling compliance with local and international regulatory requirements
• Verify packaging material quality against approved specifications
• Conduct supplier evaluations based on packaging material quality data and performance analysis
• Ensure proper storage conditions of packaging materials through monthly audits of all PM stores

What are we looking for in you?

• Bachelor’s in Food Science or Chemistry / Food or Chemical Engineer
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Packaging industry
• Knowledge of Packaging material
• Root Cause Analysis & Process Solving Skills
• Teamwork, Analytical & Communication skills
