Quality Assurance - Field Representative

Job Requirements

Job Summary:

  • Visit assigned service locations regularly.
  • Conduct audits and training sessions.
  • Gather customer feedback and market research data.
  • Prepare and submit reports on activities and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Comply with company policy and procedures.

General Requirements:

  • Saudi national is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a customer service or technical role within the automotive industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout a designated territory.
  • A basic understanding of automotive systems and operations is preferred.
  • Ability to join immediate or within 1 month is preferred

Skills

Required skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or technical role within the automotive industry.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English
  • Robust analytics and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Focus on customer needs and expectations.
  • Knowledge of relevant governmental regulations & industry standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
