What You’ll Do

Assist clinics in improving operations and workflows
Solve challenges between payors and physicians
Interpret insurance & regulatory updates into actionable insights
Handle inbound/outbound calls with confidence and empathy
Deliver exceptional service every time

What We’re Looking For

Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Team player with a can-do attitude
Detail-oriented and organized
