Onshore QA Lead – Salesforce Testing & Playwright Automation

Location- Memphis,TN

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Onshore QA Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing , Playwright-based automation , and leadership capabilities to manage QA activities across multiple releases. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce QA Testing
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate workflows, customizations, and data integrity across Salesforce modules.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Playwright Automation
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright .
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Ensure automation coverage for critical end-to-end scenarios and optimize execution time.
• Onshore QA Lead Duties
• Act as the primary QA point of contact for onshore activities.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage.
• Define and track QA KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, automation ROI).
• Manage regression windows and resource allocation based on release priorities.
• Provide daily/weekly status reports to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for web automation.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript , API testing, and SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• QA Expertise
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in test strategy, planning, and execution for complex enterprise applications.
• Leadership & Communication
• Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certification (Admin or QA-related).
• Experience in other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and integration testing.
