Quality Assurance Manager

Position Overview:


We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). In this key role, you will represent the company during external audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to enhance operational efficiency and uphold high-quality standards within a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation:

  • Develop, update, and maintain QMS documentation in collaboration with department owners.
  • Ensure all quality policies and procedures are documented and aligned with industry standards.

Audit Representation :

  • Act as the company representative during external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Oversee internal audit processes and follow up on corrective actions to resolve findings.

Process Improvement and Gap Analysis:

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve gaps in workflows and interdepartmental processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance quality controls and streamline operations.

Training and Awareness:

  • Conduct training sessions to raise employee awareness of QMS policies and quality standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the organization.

Management Review Meetings:

  • Organize and facilitate management review meetings to evaluate QMS effectiveness.
  • Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions from MRMs and audits.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001 or equivalent) and audit processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage quality improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with QMS software and document control systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and training capabilities.
