Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable software products. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, deep expertise in QA methodologies, and hands-on experience in building and managing high-performing QA teams. This role will oversee both manual and automated testing across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team (manual and automation engineers).
• Define, implement, and continuously enhance QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Build and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure end-to-end quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Own and manage the overall testing strategy, including functional, regression, performance, security, and UAT testing.
• Establish and track quality KPIs and provide regular quality reports to leadership.
• Drive test automation initiatives and improve automation coverage across the platform.
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases by coordinating test cycles and managing release readiness.
• Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and lead corrective action plans.
• Implement QA metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Advocate for quality across the organization and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• +10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types, and software development lifecycle (SDLC & Agile).
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks, preferred Playwright.
• Experience working with SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices is a plus.
