As Dynamic HR Service Recruitment Consultancy, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager for our client, one of the key suppliers in the automotive industry. The selected leader will strengthen the existing quality management system and elevate overall quality performance.


Objective

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the maturity of the existing Quality Management System by reducing customer complaints, improving audit performance, and ensuring stable and consistent application of quality processes on the shop floor.


The goal is to achieve measurable improvements in PPM, recurring issues and audit non-conformities , strengthening the organization’s quality assurance structure toward a more robust and sustainable level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse 0 km & warranty complaints, ensure effective corrective/preventive actions and maintain accurate, timely and customer-focused communication.
  • Manage technical communication with OEM customers, identify expectations and ensure sustainable improvements in customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthen the maturity and continuity of the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System; ensure effective implementation of quality policy, objectives and quality manual.
  • Lead internal and external audit processes; conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and ensure permanent closures.
  • Identify weak points in products and processes, proactively manage risks and enhance process stability.
  • Ensure quality documentation is lean, up-to-date and easily applicable on the shop floor; reinforce documentation discipline across the organization.
  • Improve cross-functional coordination and support the adoption of a consistent and company-wide quality assurance culture.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • 7+ years of quality experience in OEM and/or Tier 1 companies, including 3+ years of team leadership
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC
  • Experience in OEM customer communication and 8D/RCCA processes
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, delegate responsibilities and build motivation
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
