- Maintain Quality Binder ensuring all documentation is current and approved
- Maintain Document Master List and Records Matrix
- Schedule and train employees in quality documentation (new and revised)
- Maintain training records, Quality Training Matrix and Training Needs Assessment
- Management Representative as applies to the ISO 9001 Standard
- Review quality documentation to ensure effectiveness, legitimacy and compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard
- Perform Internal Quality Audits including scheduling and documentation
- Initiate and implement corrective actions (CAR’s) arising from Internal Audits, Supplier Audits or Assessments, Certifying Authority Audits, Management Review(s) and/or repeated product nonconformity.
- Monitor and verify effectiveness of action plans arising from CARs
- Closure of CARs and maintenance of the CAR Log
- Schedule, facilitate and document Management Review
- Perform analysis of Non-Conformance (NCR) and CAR trends during management review
- Assist in the development of the Quality Policy and Objectives
- Design or change forms, process flowcharts and procedures
- Develop, qualify, and maintain Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS) in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including preparation of Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), witnessing qualification activities, and issuing Welder Qualification Records (WQR).
Pay: $83,200.00 - $104,000.00 per year
