Position Overview
American Van Lines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless customer experience by reviewing sales estimates for accuracy, confirming that customers receive correct information, and serving as an additional point of contact prior to service.
The ideal candidate combines strong customer service skills with a sales mindset, ensuring both accuracy and opportunities to enhance the customer’s overall service package.
Key Responsibilities
- Review sales estimates to ensure pricing accuracy and proper scope of services
- Verify that all customer information and expectations were clearly and correctly communicated by the Sales Representative
- Contact customers to confirm details, answer questions, and reinforce confidence in their upcoming move
- Identify additional services the customer might require (packing, storage, protection plans, etc.)
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly processed
- Act as a second layer of quality assurance between sales and operations
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Maintain detailed notes and updates within internal systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (required)
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to confidently guide conversations and recommend additional services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
