Quality Assurance Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across hyperscale data center projects . This role is critical to ensuring all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and reliability required in mission-critical environments.

This is a unique opportunity to help build and elevate a growing internal QA/QC program , playing a key role in developing standards, driving consistency, and influencing project delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QA/QC programs across multiple data center construction projects
• Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality plans and procedures
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and client standards
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues
• Track and manage deficiencies through to resolution
• Oversee testing and inspection processes for critical systems and components
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and turnover of quality records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across projects
• Mentor and support field teams on QA/QC best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3–6+ years of experience in QA/QC, construction management, or related roles
• Experience with data centers or mission-critical construction strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes
• Familiarity with industry quality standards, commissioning coordination, and inspections
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
