Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality function within a dynamic forge environment. This role is responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001 quality system, leading the QA team, and ensuring products meet all specifications for performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 quality management system
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, auditors, and suppliers on quality-related matters
• Establish and communicate quality standards and ensure compliance across operations
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Oversee product testing, inspections, and validation processes
• Manage corrective action processes (CAR) and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues
• Program and support CMM measurement systems and interpret inspection data

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of quality leadership experience, preferably in forge or heavy industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and audit processes
• Experience with CMM programming and inspection processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and with customers
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams

Work Environment

This role operates in both office and active forge environments. It includes extended periods at a computer and occasional lifting of parts up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $108,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
