ERSG is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to serve as the Owner's Representative for a utility scale wind farm project in Washington state. The Quality Manager will oversee and ensure the implementation of quality standards and procedures throughout the repower phase. This role is responsible for verifying contractor compliance with project specifications, codes, and contractual requirements, and for driving continuous improvement in construction quality and safety.
Responsibilities
:

Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the construction lifecycle.

Develop the Site Quality Plan aligned with project risks, contract requirements, and project requirements.

Monitor and audit the contractor’s quality control program and activities.

Collaborate with contractor’s QA/QC team, construction managers, and discipline engineers.

Review and approve contractor quality documentation, including ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, deficiencies, and resolutions (Owner and Contractor) as checks and validations, test reports, FIP, Turn page, NCR, RFIs, quality logs, inspection reports, and punch lists and etc.

Review and control submittals, RFIs, NCRs.

Support turnover documentation and final quality dossier compilation.
Qualifications
:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

3+ years of on-the-job experience in construction Quality Management.

3+ years in a decision-making role, such as managing teams or overseeing project outcomes.

Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM) – offered by ASQ.

ISO 9001/QMS certification.

Schedule
: 50-60 hours a week, monthly rotation
