Quality Assurance Manager

Hiring: Quality Assurance Manager (Gas Company – UAE)

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and implement quality control systems across our gas operations. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all departments
• Coordinate with operations, HSE, and logistics teams to enforce quality standards
• Manage documentation, procedures, and quality records in line with regulatory requirements
• Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
• Lead and train staff on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in oil & gas or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality management systems
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements related to gas operations and safety
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Experience in handling regulatory audits and compliance within the UAE
• Knowledge of HSE standards and integration with quality systems
