Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage all quality systems, compliance standards, and product quality processes within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and company quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory standards
• Manage batch release approvals and quality documentation
• Oversee SOP implementation, audits, CAPA, deviations, and change controls
• Lead internal and external quality audits
• Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and root cause analysis
• Monitor production quality and coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams
• Ensure raw material, in-process, and finished goods quality standards
• Train staff on quality procedures and compliance requirements
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, HACCP, documentation systems, and audits
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Experience in supplements/nutraceutical manufacturing
• Audit handling experience with regulatory authorities
• ERP/documentation system exposure
