We are currently looking Quality Assurance Manager - Banking for our Qatar operations.
Job Purpose Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for working with teams within the Group
Communications Division (GCD) to understand key processes and pain points to propose and implement how they can be made more efficient. The incumbent will also support delivering key Quality Assurance (QA) projects and processes such as the QA Blueprint Roadmap and delivering new and enhancing existing policy and procedures. They will also work with other bank divisions on initiatives impacting GCD. The role requires expert-level senior business analyst skills and experience to drive strategic analysis, optimize business processes, and deliver actionable insights that support organizational objectives. The incumbent will leverage advanced data modeling, requirements gathering, and process improvement methodologies to ensure alignment between business initiatives and quality assurance goals.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Information Systems, Project Management or a closely related field required.
related function – of which at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
skills in business process analysis, requirements management, and strategic
business planning within complex, multi-departmental organizations.
