About the Role

Romeo Staffing Agency (RSA) is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our Karachi-based healthcare operations team. This role is ideal for nurses who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build their careers in U.S. healthcare operations. The QA Nurse will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards, and maintaining data integrity for our U.S.-based clients.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of nursing experience, be tech-savvy, possess excellent English communication skills, and have the ability to think critically and learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inconsistencies in clinical notes and ensure timely corrections.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based field clinicians, coders, and QA teams to resolve documentation issues.
• Verify that all documentation supports the plan of care, physician orders, and billing requirements.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all clinical documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of home health and hospice care documentation standards (training provided).
• Work within various electronic medical record (EMR) and documentation systems.
• Support the development and implementation of QA processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Valid PNC License (Pakistan Nursing Council).
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital platforms and EMR systems.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to evolving QA procedures.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. operations.
