We are hiring a Quality Assurance Officer to establish, implement, and maintain a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
This role is responsible for ensuring system-level quality assurance across Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounts, ensuring all processes comply with documented procedures, ISO standards, and internal controls.

The focus of this position is process compliance, system discipline, internal audits, and continuous improvement, rather than product inspection alone.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (ISO 9001 – Full System Scope):

  • Design, implement, and maintain a company-wide QMS aligned with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Ensure all departments (Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, and Accounts) operate according to approved SOPs, ISO clauses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the ISO system owner, ensuring compliance, readiness, and continual improvement.

Documentation & Control:

  • Develop, review, and control SOPs, work instructions, forms, and records for all departments.
  • Ensure document control, version management, and record retention as per ISO standards.
  • Enforce documentation discipline and traceability across functions.

Internal Audits & Compliance:

  • Plan and conduct internal audits covering all departments (operational, logistical, commercial, and financial processes).
  • Identify non-conformities (NCRs), issue audit findings, and ensure timely Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Verify effectiveness of corrective actions and report audit outcomes to management.

Process & Operational Controls:

  • Establish process controls and compliance checks for:
  • Production & in-process quality
  • Warehouse operations (incoming inspection, storage, segregation, batch/lot traceability, inventory control)
  • Logistics & dispatch processes
  • Purchasing & supplier evaluation
  • Sales order processing and customer requirements compliance
  • Accounts-related process controls (documentation flow, approvals, records accuracy)
  • Ensure adherence to defined acceptance/rejection criteria and control points.

Monitoring, Reporting & Improvement:

  • Track and analyze quality KPIs (process compliance, audit findings, defects, scrap, customer complaints, system gaps).
  • Prepare periodic management reports highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Lead root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto) and drive cross-functional corrective actions.

Training & Awareness:

  • Train employees across departments on ISO requirements, SOP compliance, documentation, and quality responsibilities.
  • Promote a culture of process discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 implementation and internal auditing across multiple departments.
  • Experience in system-level QA (not limited to product or inspection-based QC).
  • Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, forms, records, audit reports).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; ERP experience (e.g., Odoo) is an advantage.
  • Organized, firm, and detail-oriented personality with strong follow-up skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability across departments.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
