We are looking candidate for dual-function role who is responsible for ensuring rigorous compliance with national and international quality standards through precise documentation, while also providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Procurement/Purchasing Department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance & Compliance Documentation

  • Data Management: Manage and prepare accurate test data in compliance with ISO standards, including data collection, analysis, and filing.
  • Documentation Control: Ensure proper documentation and support for all internal quality control (QC) processes and procedures.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation required for specific regulatory bodies and certifications, including:
  • ESMA (Emirates Standardization and Metrology Authority)
  • ISO (International Organization for Standardization)
  • Trakhees Certification (Related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality in designated zones).

2. Procurement & Purchasing Support

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Procurement team, including filing, managing correspondence, and organizing procurement records.
  • Order Coordination: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders (POs) and coordinating timely material requests.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors/suppliers regarding documentation, delivery schedules, and minor administrative inquiries.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and procurement documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven administrative or support experience in a Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Procurement environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control documentation processes.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
