Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance by implementing and maintaining effective quality control systems. The role involves leading quality teams, managing audits, resolving customer complaints, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining proper documentation and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems (ISO, GMP) and procedures for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Apply Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and data-driven methodologies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage documentation control and CAPAs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Lead and supervise quality teams.
- Coach operational staff and promote a strong quality culture to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage internal and external audits, including supplier qualification processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and cross-functional departments to address operational challenges and maintain daily quality performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably within glass manufacturing or a related industry.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing floor leadership, effective communication, and change management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
