Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor

The QA/QC Supervisor will lead quality assurance and control activities, ensuring all materials, processes, and products meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Supervise and guide QA/QC team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and audits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality and safety.
