Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (QA Registered Nurse) to join our growing QA and compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation submitted by U.S.-based field clinicians, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review skilled nursing notes, OASIS assessments, and visit documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and errors, and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
• Ensure all documentation meets medical necessity criteria and compliance standards (including CMS guidelines).
• Maintain accurate documentation logs and generate QA reports.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in internal training sessions.
• Collaborate with U.S.-based clinical and administrative teams to maintain documentation excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/BScN) with a valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in nursing, quality assurance, or medical documentation.
• Familiarity with U.S. home health or hospice documentation standards is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with U.S. operations.
