Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst to join our team. This role involves monitoring CCTV footage (with audio) from US-based retail stores, identifying suspicious activities, and analyzing sales performance to support operational improvements and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage from US retail stores
• Identify, document, and report suspicious activities or policy violations
• Analyze sales performance across stores, products, and teams
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare detailed reports and share actionable insights with management
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in a back-office or BPO environment is a plus
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Willingness to learn basic Spanish
