Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst (US Retail – CCTV & Sales Monitoring)

Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance / Sales Analyst to support US retail operations. The role involves monitoring CCTV footage (with audio), identifying suspicious activities, and analyzing sales performance to support operational improvements and decision-making.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work rotational shifts.

Shift Details

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Rotational shifts required

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review CCTV footage from US retail stores
• Identify and report suspicious activities or policy violations
• Analyze sales performance across stores, products, and teams
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and share actionable insights with management
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all reporting tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in a Back Office or BPO environment is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Willingness to learn basic Spanish is a plus
