We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance & Sales Performance Manager to lead, monitor, and enhance the performance of our sales team while ensuring compliance with established sales processes and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing sales SOPs, evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective sales strategies, and delivering comprehensive training programs that help the team consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.Experience in the printing and packaging industry is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance Management
- Monitor, analyze, and improve overall sales team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Track KPIs, sales activities, conversion rates, and pipeline performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions with sales representatives.
- Identify performance gaps and create action plans to improve results.
SOP Analysis & Quality Assurance
- Review, audit, and optimize existing sales processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all sales team members follow established procedures and best practices.
- Develop quality assurance frameworks to improve sales consistency and customer experience.
- Monitor communications, sales calls, emails, and customer interactions for quality compliance.
Training & Development
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
- Provide practical sales techniques, objection-handling strategies, negotiation tactics, and closing methods.
- Train team members on effective communication with international clients.
- Share industry best practices, sales tricks, and proven methods to improve conversion rates.
Client Communication & International Sales Support
- Support and guide sales representatives in handling clients from the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Ensure professional, fluent, and effective communication standards are maintained.
- Assist in resolving complex client concerns and escalations when necessary.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Analyze sales trends, market opportunities, and team productivity metrics.
- Continuously improve sales systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, Quality Assurance, Training, or Team Leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through team management.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, KPI management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and training skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work with and support clients across the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Printing & Packaging Industry.
- Knowledge of custom packaging, labels, folding cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated packaging, or commercial printing products.
- Experience managing remote sales teams and international client accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance tracking software.
