Quality Assurance Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior QA & Handover Engineer to ensure that all delivered assets meet quality, safety, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining excellence during construction and ensuring a seamless transition of completed assets to our residents, facility management, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures across assigned real estate projects

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards

• Manage snagging, de-snagging, and defect resolution during DLP (Defect Liability Period)

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and FM teams to achieve smooth project handovers

• Review and approve quality documentation, ITPs, and inspection reports

• Ensure all QA and handover deliverables—manuals, warranties, as-builts—are complete and accurate

• Lead pre-handover and post-handover inspections to guarantee readiness and customer satisfaction

• Prepare QA and handover progress reports for management and key stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering , Architecture , or a related discipline

• 5–7 years of experience in QA/QC, handover, or commissioning within the real estate or construction sector

• Proven track record managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments

• Strong understanding of construction methods, MEP systems, and finishing standards

• Familiarity with UAE building codes, QA/QC frameworks, and authority regulations

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong coordination and communication abilities across multiple stakeholders

• Proficiency in QA tools and snagging platforms (e.g., SnagR, PlanGrid, Procore)

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
