Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Assurance Specialist
to support customer service, quality processes, and overall operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting both inbound and outbound logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Quality
Support and/or lead customer service initiatives related to technical and quality matters Assist with development processes for new programs and product launches Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and international teams to ensure alignment
ERP / SAP System Management
Enter, validate, and maintain accurate data within the ERP system (SAP preferred) Analyze system functionality to improve operational efficiency Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide internal user support
Inbound & Outbound Operations
Support and/or lead inbound and outbound logistics processes Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation of materials Reconcile inventory by aligning system data with physical counts Coordinate with internal teams and international partners to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field) 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, operations, supply chain, or similar role Experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills, including working with international teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Basic knowledge of quality control and inventory management processes
