Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of reports generated across multiple medical billing software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy of reports in multiple medical billing systems.
• Conduct audits to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues.
• Document findings and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in quality assurance within healthcare/medical billing.
