We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales QA, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls, emails, and customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and implement QA frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria for sales teams
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance
- Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the sales process
- Collaborate with sales managers and training teams to design improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales guidelines
- Track and report QA performance metrics and KPIs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain quality documentation
- Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives for sales teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a sales or call center environment
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer lifecycle, and conversion funnels
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
