We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to work the day shift with experience supervising QA Inspectors in a job shop environment. Must also have dimensional inspection experience with knowledge of GD&T. We offer a highly competitive wage and bonuses in a professional environment with opportunity to learn and advance. Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate inspectors for:

• first article inspections prior to starting production runs
• in-process inspection during production runs
• final inspection prior to shipping finished products
• making certification paperwork packets to ship with products
• CMM and conventional inspection activities
• First Article reports (AS9102)

Work with production personnel to help troubleshoot quality issues

Keep records of quality issues / potential issues and assist with root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years inspection experience with 2 years supervision experience.
• Ability to read and understand engineering part drawings (blue prints)
• Firm understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Some CMM experience is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
