Location: 2521 E Hennepin Ave., Minneapolis, MN 55413 Company: Wholesale Produce Supply Schedule: Monday - Friday, Occasional Saturday. 7:00am until finished (8–12-hour shifts, 40 hours/week with occasional overtime) Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k)

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our fresh cut products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and maintaining food safety and quality assurance systems

• Monitoring production lines to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards

• Conducting sanitation inspections and environmental/allergen swabbing

• Accurately documenting and reporting quality data and findings

• Communicating with production supervisors and managers to resolve product issues

• Identifying and escalating non-conformances or deviations from standards

• Verifying proper labeling, packaging, and product specifications

• Assisting with internal audits and third-party inspections

• Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action processes

• Supporting training efforts for production staff on quality and food safety procedures

• Maintaining calibration and verification records for QA equipment

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce waste

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Reliable, accountable, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment

• Background in quality assurance or regulatory compliance

• HACCP, PCQI, or SQF certification (preferred)

• Bilingual communication skills

Work Environment

• Cold environment: 34–42°F (PPE provided)

• Wet floors and surfaces – waterproof boots provided and required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
