Role Overview

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of a portfolio of rapidly evolving products at different stages of maturity. You will continuously provide actionable feedback to drive product and process improvements across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the E-commerce team and vendors to prepare test plans, create and execute test cases, monitor bugs, and re-test fixes.
• Partner with Product Owners and Designers to ensure User Stories include clear and well-documented User Acceptance Criteria (UACs).
• Plan and coordinate all testing cycles—including functional, system-level, and scenario-based testing—to ensure comprehensive coverage while avoiding redundancy.
• Perform API-level testing and validate the seamless integration between UI/UX and backend services, ensuring data flow, performance, and user interactions align with design and functional requirements.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize testing tasks effectively.
• Apply sound knowledge of the testing process, including requirement analysis, UAC creation, test case design, and review cycles with development leads.
• Log and manage test cases and defects within Jira, maintaining dashboards and reports as needed.
• Execute all levels of testing (Sanity, Regression, Functional, Exploratory).
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

About You

You are a detail-oriented and creative professional with a passion for improving user experiences. You will design and document test guidelines, provide feedback on UX and usability, and ensure seamless execution across both Waterfall and Agile projects. You have the ability to write—and where possible, automate—simple test cases to support continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience writing User Acceptance Criteria (UACs) and test cases.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual and API testing for web and mobile applications.
  
• 3+ years of experience using Jira for test management and dashboard reporting.
  
• Proven ability to create diverse testing scenarios for specific functionalities.
  
• Strong experience in writing clear and actionable bug reports.
  
• Working experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (minimum 2 years).
  
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
  
• Independent and proactive mindset, you thrive without micromanagement.
  
• Motivated to help make the eCommerce platform a truly bug-free experience for customers.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
