Job Purpose
The QA/QC Inspector will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that all construction works carried out by contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers comply with ARADA’s quality standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role will play a key part in safeguarding project delivery, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining consistent site inspections and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of construction works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Monitor and document all construction activities, highlighting any deviations or non-conformances.

Support QA/QC Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance procedures and processes.

Ensure materials delivered and used on-site conform to project requirements and approved submittals.

Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on quality-related matters and provide corrective action recommendations where required.

Review and verify testing and inspection reports submitted by third parties.

Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation to ensure traceability.

Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformance reports.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive quality management within the project team.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during inspections.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.

Relevant QA/QC certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQI/IRCA, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:

5–7 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within real estate development or large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and standards in the UAE market.

Experience working with developers, consultants, and contractors in mixed-use or residential projects preferred.
Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office, QA/QC software tools, and document control systems.
