Requirements:

• Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in mandi, fresh produce, fruits & vegetables, or retail fresh operations.
• Strong understanding of fresh item quality, grading, and handling standards.
• Ability to identify damaged, low-quality, or expired stock.
• Good observation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
