Job Summary
The Quality & Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the quality assurance framework across training, academic, and operational processes. The role ensures adherence to institutional, regulatory, and accreditation standards through systematic audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in maintaining academic and operational excellence, overseeing documentation, process adherence, and policy compliance. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, training centres, and partner institutions to uphold quality benchmarks and drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Monitoring
- Develop, implement, and monitor the quality assurance framework for academic, training, and operational functions.
- Conduct prelaunch and post launch periodic audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory guidelines.
- Evaluate centre performance through quality scorecards and feedback systems.
- Identify gaps, recommend corrective measures, and track closure of non-compliance issues.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all statutory, academic, and operational compliance requirements are met across centres.
- Maintain documentation for internal audits, external inspections, and accreditation purposes.
- Regularly review policy adherence, documentation accuracy, and record retention as per defined standards.
- Liaise with universities, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to support compliance reporting and certification processes.
Training & Process Improvement
- Conduct orientation and training sessions on quality standards, process compliance, and documentation protocols.
Audit & Risk Management
- Plan and execute periodic internal audits for academic delivery, student services, and operational processes.
- Prepare audit reports and share actionable insights with management.
- Identify risks related to compliance deviations and recommend preventive strategies.
- Support external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Facilitate internal reviews, feedback sessions, and workshops for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality manuals.
- Promote best practices and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and internal benchmarking.
Qualification & Other requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Quality, Education, or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 8–9 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or audit management (preferably in the education, healthcare, or training sector)
- Sound understanding of quality frameworks, compliance protocols, and accreditation standards.
- Experience in policy implementation, documentation control, and internal audits.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and report generation tools

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
