RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation & Control
- Defining and implementing the Integrated/Quality Management System as per the ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements.
- Implementing the Integrated/Quality Management System as per the ISO 45001:2018 and 14001:2015 standard requirements.
- Designing and developing quality processes that support the business objectives.
- Ensure that the organization sets up and follows measurable quality objectives particularly relating to the quality of the service and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize and develop valid internal and external standards to measure quality.
- Provides content knowledge in the interpretation, implementation, and maintenance of all accreditations, national quality assurance standards or regulatory standards to match external requirements.
- Responsible for ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 certifications.
Continuous Improvement (CI) & Innovation
- Works to promote quality improvement and innovation and monitor progress towards goals by collecting accurate, timely data to display the quality, cost, and service outcomes.
- Deploy and execute the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
- Assist to implement effective continuous improvement (CI) training plans that develop and sustain a CI culture, ensuring a constant safety focus.
- Support the other departments by providing continuous improvement tools and methodology.
- Utilize analytical / statistical tools & methods combined with the ability to select and apply them to make data-based decisions.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools in quality improvement projects.
- Develop corrective actions and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintains accountability for ongoing self-development activities, especially related to presentation facilitation and application of quality improvement activities.
Auditing & Compliance
- Assist in the Internal Audit Plan and be part of the Internal Audit Team.
- Assist and communicate major problems with other directorates on the RDMC Action Plan.
- Provides content knowledge in the interpretation, implementation, and maintenance of all accreditations, national quality assurance standards or regulatory standards to match external requirements.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Provide Quality Related training.
- Assist to implement effective continuous improvement (CI) training plans that develop and sustain a CI culture, ensuring a constant safety focus.
Other Responsibilities

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote a positive Safety culture within the workplace and attend any Safety-related meetings/briefings as required within the job role.
- Comply with the requirements of the Company Safety Policy.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Pharma or any related Fields.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the principles of Quality Assurance
- Demonstrated proficiency in the principles of HSE and environment
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
- Knowledge of Internal Audit processes.
- Certified Lead Auditor is preferred for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Root Cause Analysis.
- Statistical Process Control.
- Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and methodology.
- Demonstrated experience using problem-solving and Six Sigma statistical tools to solve problems.
- Strong IT skills and ability to learn and manage databases.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Quality Management.
- Proven experience in building, deploying, and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001) is a must.
