We’re seeking a Quality Contract Review Agent who is detail-driven and committed to upholding the quality standards our clients demand.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll ensure customer contracts and requirements are accurately reviewed, documented, and executed:

• Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts for technical and quality compliance
• Identify, interpret, and document all customer-imposed requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate customer needs into production
• Analyze customer drawings/blueprints for special instructions
• Create inspection data sheets using Excel
• Support quality investigations and communicate effectively with customers
• Assist QA and management with additional quality-related responsibilities
• (Bonus) Work with our ERP system (E2) – experience is a plus, but not required

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or document control environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Aerospace, Medical Devices, or high-precision manufacturing
• Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints (a big plus!)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20 – $23 per hour (depends on experience)
