Quality Control Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our team at Nutrifactor.

Qualifications: BS Chemistry or Pharm-D from a recognized university

Experience: 1 to 3 years in HPLC operations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing using HPLC and UV methods
• Perform thorough RAW material testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Execute finishing testing procedures for the final product
• Monitor and analyses product samples to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control regulations
• Maintain accurate records of testing, inspections, and results
• Identify and report any deviations from established quality standards
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures
• Provide training to lab technicians and other relevant staff
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve quality processes

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of RAW material testing
• Proficiency in finishing testing processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective written and verbal communication for preparing daily reports
