Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Control Assistant to support our quality assurance processes. In this role, you will help ensure that all products, services, and internal procedures meet established company standards and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to maintaining consistency and excellence across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting and reviewing processes, materials, and outputs to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of quality checks and reports
• Identify discrepancies and collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions
• Support the development and improvement of quality control procedures
• Conduct routine audits and prepare summaries of findings
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and operational guidelines
• Assist in training team members on quality standards when required
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in quality management are a plus
