Quality Control/ Assurance Officer - F&B

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry, have HACCP certification, and demonstrate a strong understanding of quality control practices in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• HACCP Compliance:
• Develop, implement, and monitor HACCP plans to ensure food safety.
• Conduct regular HACCP audits and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on HACCP principles and practices.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings.
• Prepare and present reports on quality control performance and issues.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and regulations.
• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with production, procurement, and other relevant departments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide support and guidance to team members on quality control issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a quality control role within the F&B industry.
• Proven experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage.
• Certification:
• HACCP certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices in the F&B industry.
• Good knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry standards and regulations.
• Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
