Salary: Rs. 45,000 - 55,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a team in our Quality Control Department with a strong technical background and hands-on inspection skills to join our growing metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of ensuring high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated metal components.

· Verify product dimensions using calipers, micrometers, Vernier gauges, height gauges, etc.

· Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Record inspection results and maintain QC documentation.

· Report any non-conformities and coordinate with production for corrective actions.

· Monitor welding quality, surface finishing, and assembly accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.

Qualification & Skills

• DAE – Mechanical or equivalent technical training.
• 1–3 years of experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment

· Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools.

· Knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, machining) is a plus.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
