MTO- Fabrics (Lahore)

• Monitor daily fabric production processes to ensure quality standards, smooth workflow, and timely delivery.
• Assist in planning and scheduling fabric orders to meet customer requirements and production targets.
• Coordinate with knitting, weaving, dyeing, and finishing departments to track fabric movement and resolve any delays.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of fabric rolls to identify defects, shrinkage, GSM variation, or shade issues.
• Maintain accurate records of fabric inventory, production reports, and wastage for process improvement.
• Support the implementation of lean practices and suggest improvements in fabric flow, utilization, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and standard operating procedures in all fabric-related operations.
