MTO Designer Textile (Lahore)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Designer MTO with internship experience in textile or garment design. The selected candidate will support the senior design team in developing new designs, assisting in sampling, and preparing design files. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to grow their professional career in textile designing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced textile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers in creating fabric designs, prints, and patterns.
• Prepare digital artwork, color palettes, and repeat patterns as instructed.
• Support in developing seasonal collections and mood boards.
• Help coordinate sample development with the merchandising and production teams.
• Conduct basic trend research to understand current fashion directions.
• Organize and maintain design files, artwork records, and design library.
• Review samples and support in making design adjustments.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
• Provide creative input under the supervision of senior designers.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Designing, Fashion Designing, or a related field.

Internship experience in a textile or garment design department (mandatory).

Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or relevant software.

Strong understanding of color, patterns, and textile aesthetics.

Creative, hardworking, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
