Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer with more than 1 year of professional experience to support our design team in creating visual content across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to impactful brand visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
• Create visual assets such as banners, brochures, flyers, and ads
• Support senior designers with layout, revisions, and production tasks
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Edit and resize designs for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
• Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to take feedback and make revisions efficiently
• Good communication and time-management skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• knowledge of social media design requirements
• Understanding of print production basics
• Motion graphics or video editing skills (a plus)
